Appraisal of Personal Property - Larry Woods Auctions provides appraisals for a variety of purposes, including insurance, casualty loss, estate and gift, charitable donation, divorce, bankruptcy and other situations. Services include informal verbal estimates of fair market value to formal written appraisals.
With Larry’s experience in the auction business, he has personal property knowledge and a network of contacts with specialized expertise.
Larry Woods is a certified appraiser and a member of the Certified Appraisers Guild of America (CAGA) since 1997. CAGA is the premier accreditation and trade organization for personal property appraisers and provides its members with a computer program that is used to prepare the appraisal reports. Pictures of personal property being appraised maybe included with the report. Using the CAGA program assists in preparing reports that conform with the Universal Commercial Code requirements.
